Stories behind the images I've randomly chanced upon.
Calle Crisologo is one of the major tourist attractions in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. This photo was taken during my third Visit in Ilocos.
I was carrying an insta-matic point-and-shoot camera during my first visit in 2003. I have lost the printouts of my photos then. During my second visit in 2006, I only had shots from my 02 XDA smartphone. All the photos were wiped out after my phone got reset because the battery was drained in Blue Lagoon. We stayed at a resort with no electricity. At last, I finally had the chance to photograph the exquisite street last April 2010. You can see the complete photos in my flickr Please also checkout altumviditur’s article in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

Our prayers were answered when our client, Republic Chemical Industries, finally confirmed their sales convention venue in La Carmela, Boracay. It’s a blessing for our team to be able to work organizing an event and be able to enjoy the venue at the same time.
This shot was taken during the first day of the convention. I walked a few feet from the hotel to take a shot of the strikingly beautiful Boracay beachfront. It was a weekday and there are only a few people in the shore. After the event, we stayed at the island for two more days to reward ourselves for a job well done.

While I directed an AVP for Pandacan Depot Services, Inc., I took advantage of the opportunity to shoot the unusual scenario. I sneaked a couple of shots while the lighting and camera crew are setting up. Aside from the many gigantic oil tanks, this fire truck caught my attention.
Another amazing experience was being able to work with, and direct real fire fighters. They became my talents for an avp segment demonstrating safety precautions in the oil depot. And we used this red truck in the scene.

I was walking along Heritage Village and saw this white boy. I stopped for two seconds and took his picture and then walked away. :D I was using a 17-70mm lens so I was not so far. I hope he did not notice me. Did I do something bad?

Her name is Akilla. She’s a cute little black pug at 7months old. She is my baby. She’s one of the great big reasons why my days are merry. She relieves my stress. She makes everyday better.

Mr. Firefighter has acted in front of the camera for the first time. He had no choice. He was ordered to become one of the talents for his company’s corporate video. But after several takes, he got the hang of it. He was able to do it with with ease.
I commended him after the shoot and asked him to pose for me. He was no longer reluctant, and I loved the end-result.
